Balance Wellness Studio is a wellness collaboration of practitioners offering complimentary, alternative, and allied health services with an active studio specializing in small, intimate group classes for yoga, barre, and strength/cardio. Our focus is on your overall well-being. We aim to help you find balance in your body, mind, and spirit through bodywork, movement, and skin care.

Movement classes are available 7 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings. No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a quarterly Yoga in the Park event, weather permitting. Twelve instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, as well as a Barre, & cardio circuit. We also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops and events throughout the year. Our in-house bodywork practitioners include: two massage therapists with a combined 30 years experience and more than 2000 hours of training. Our independent practitioners include a massage therapist and a private yoga instructor. Bodywork Services are located on the first floor & are wheelchair accessible. Movement Classes & Private Fitness Sessions are located up a single flight of stairs inside the building unless otherwise noted.
Our 400 square foot studio is a warm, inviting space with hardwood floors & ample natural light. We provide mats, bolsters, balls, foam rollers, rings, straps, and towels for class use. Samples of Yoga Knees®, in both styles, are also available for trial use. Yoga, Barre, and fitness classes are offered weekly. Workshops and special events are offered periodically. Community Classes (donation-based) include a weekly Yoga class and quarterly Yoga in the Park events.
