Find Your Balance

Balance Wellness Studio is a wellness collaboration of practitioners offering complimentary, alternative, and allied health services with an active studio specializing in small, intimate group classes for yoga, barre, and strength/cardio. Our focus is on your overall well-being. We aim to help you find balance in your body, mind, and spirit through bodywork, movement, and skin care. Movement classes are available 6-7 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings. No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a quarterly Yoga in the Park or Beach Yoga event, weather permitting. Seven instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, as well as a Barre, & cardio circuit. We also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops and events throughout the year. Our in-house bodywork practitioners include: two massage therapists with a combined 30 years experience and more than 2000 hours of training; one is also a Reiki master, the other a reflexologist and certified personal trainer. All services and classes are located on the first floor with street-level entry.

CDC & WHO recommendations for COVID-19 prevention are in place until further notice. This includes, but is not limited to screening, physical distancing, occupancy restrictions, wearing masks, sanitizing & disinfecting protocols, spacing and staggering appointments. The Studio

Our downtown studio is a warm, inviting space with exposed brick walls & ample natural light. We provide mats, bolsters, balls, foam rollers, rings, straps, and towels for class use. Samples of Yoga KneesĀ®, in two styles, are also available for trial use. Yoga, barre, and fitness classes are offered weekly. Workshops and special events are offered periodically. Community Classes (donation-based) include a weekly Yoga class and frequent Yoga in the Park & Beach Yoga events.
