Find Your Balance

Balance Wellness Studio is a wellness cooperative of practitioners offering complimentary & alternative health services with an active studio specializing in small, intimate group classes for yoga, stretch, barre, and Yamuna® body rolling. Our focus is on your overall well-being. We aim to help you find balance in your body, mind, and spirit through bodywork, movement, and skin care.

Gift Certificates are available for individual services or specific amounts.

Movement classes are available 7 days/week with morning, afternoon and evening offerings. No membership is required to attend, pricing is competitive for the area, series discounts are available. We offer at least one donation-based community class each week and co-sponsor a monthly Yoga in the Park event, weather permitting. Ten instructors guide us through variations of Vinyasa Flow, traditional Hatha and Kripalu styles, Yin Yoga, Meditation, as well as a Yoga Fit, Indo Board Yoga, Barre, Medicine Dance, & Yamuna® Body Rolling. We also host special body therapy, fitness, and continuing education workshops and events throughout the year.

Our bodywork practitioners include: three massage therapists, an acupuncturist, a reflexologist and a cranio-sacral therapist.

Bodywork Services are located on the first floor & are wheelchair accessible. Movement Classes & Private Fitness Sessions are located up a single flight of stairs inside the building unless otherwise noted.

The Studio

Our 400 square foot studio is a warm, inviting space with hardwood floors & ample natural light. We provide mats, bolsters, balls, foam rollers, rings, straps, and towels for class use. Samples of Yoga Knees®, in both styles, are also available for trial use.

Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Meditation & Feldenkrais® classes are offered weekly. Medicine Dance and Yamuna® Body Rolling are offered monthly.

Community Classes (donation-based) include a weekly Yoga class and monthly or bi-monthly Yoga in the Park events.
